We had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, just outside the bustling historic center of the town, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, providing great service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious dining options available, both in the restaurant and the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this venue to everyone.

It was good value for money.
It is not air conditioned and is inconvenient to downtown.

The front steps literally open up right into the Winefest. Our room was surprisingly quiet with the festival going on.
The door to the room seemed a bit flimsy/unsecure.

The staff, facilities, location, park, breakfast.
Everything was fantastic.

Very pleasant staff, all spoke English well. Had a mixup with the booking and the hotel comped us 2 free drinks at the bar for the inconvenience.
Parking was a hastle during the Wurstmarket because the hotel is right in the center of the festival. Hotel access via car was blocked because of the festival. Would recommend other hotels outside of the main festival area.

Do not stay in this hotel when preparations for the Wurstmarket are underway. Parking is a disaster and poorly organized by the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the annual wine festival in the area. it offers direct access to a public swimming pool, which can be an advantage during the summer months. , the staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with useful amenities such as a cart to carry luggage or a bathrobe when required.
There is no air conditioning, making the rooms quite hot and uncomfortable during the summer. , the sauna and other spa facilities require an extra fee, which could be an issue for some visitors.

Parking, proximity to town and spas, balcony on the room, free access to Salinarium pool and reduced price for sauna facilities. We had a restful, pleasant stay.
It was unclear at check-in whether breakfast was included, and the breakfast buffet was rather expensive (but good). There was no free Internet except for one terminal in the lobby. The picture on the wall in our room was not appealing to us.

free entry to swimming pool located next door
the rooms and infrastructure are quite dated and definitely not worth a four star rating

We had a great stay at this hotel, which had many positive points to offer. the location was amazing - situated fairly close to the city centre and nestled next to a beautiful park. This made it easy to explore the charming squares and picturesque surroundings. Staff were friendly and helpful, with all team members fluent in English. In addition, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean rooms, free coffee in the room, and a lovely cafe/bar which had a great selection of wines and fresh cakes.
Nothing bad to say.

The hotel is well-located, fairly close to the town centre and on the grounds of a festival, and surrounded by picturesque nature. the room is clean and modern, with a spacious bathroom. the breakfast is a nice spread with great service, and the staff is generally friendly and speaks English. the pool complex is fantastic and perfect for kids.
The noise level from the employee break area or garbage bins outside can be quite distracting, especially for light sleepers.

Great value and location, helpful staff. Stayed for a weekend and the price was excellent considering the facilities. the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. the hotel is situated close to some great restaurants and bars to explore. the staff was very polite and helpful, always eager to assist us with recommendations for local attractions.
Limited amenities. the hotel lacked certain amenities you would expect from a four-star hotel, such as in-room safe and kids' menu.
